Hello! My parents are currently in town for a visit and I am having the best time with them! I woke up this morning to my mom in my apartment and it was a pleasant surprise! I new they were coming, I just left my phone on silent by accident so she came in and woke me up! This morning we went to the MTC with Coriann and Mikenna and it was just great. Afterwards My mom went with her sisters and I had some Daddy daughter time. Every time my Dad comes to Provo, he takes me to Brick Oven pizza and we have some one on one time... it's THE best. I love to be with him. I am in a family finance class right now and I love being able to talk to my Dad about something that he loves to talk about... (I know hardly anything, but I am slowly learning!) Tonight the three of us went to dinner and my mom and I watched The Proposal together and laughed the whole time... Especially during the forrest scene where the grandma does her nature worshiping! Hilarious!
Anyway, I love having my parents here. I am so grateful for them. They are my greatest friends and the mean the world to me.
This is my ALL time favorite picture of my parents! its a few years old but it's taken at Lake Powell. We have gone to lake powell every year ever since I was in diapers and some of my favorite memories are from past family trips at powell. My parents are a good looking pair! Don't you think?!
I'm glad your going quality time with your parents, I know they treasure that time too. I like the pic, it describes them well-laid back and happy.
